It is hereby announced that this court has accepted the case of a processing contract dispute in which Fujian Xinlanzai Clothing Co., Ltd. is the Plaintiff you are the Defendants. Since it is impossible to serve you through other means, in accordance with Articles 95 283 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, we hereby serve you by public announcement with the litigation-related materials for responding to the lawsuit including the copy of the Civil Petition numbered (2025) Min 0581 Min Chu No. 1855, the Evidence Materials, the Summon for Court Session, the Notification of Judges, the Notification of Providing Evidence, the Notification of Responding to the Lawsuit, the Notification of Providing/Confirming the Service Address, the Notification of Litigation Rights Obligations, the Application for Adding a Defendant, the Notification of Adding a Defendant, the copy of the Application for Changing Claims. The foregoing litigation-related materials for responding to the lawsuit shall be deemed served within 30 days (within 60 days for AHMAD GHAZI AHMED HABIB) as from the date of this announcement; the time limit for making a defense is within 15 days after the expiration of the announcement period (within 30 days after the expiration of the announcement period for AHMAD GHAZI AHMED HABIB); the time limit for providing evidence is within 30 days after the expiration of the announcement period; if you fail to submit the relevant evidence materials within the time limit, you shall be deemed as a waiver of the right to provide evidence. This case is scheduled to be heard at 08:30 a.m. on September 16, 2025 in the Fifth Trial Courtroom of this court. If you fail to appear in court on time, this court will hear the case make a judgment in absentia in accordance with the relevant law.
