中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会主办的2025“仲裁之夜”将于2025年9月16日晚19时在北京国贸大酒店6层屋顶花园（北京市朝阳区建国门外大街一号）举行。

The 2025 Arbitration Night held by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) will take place at the L6 Rooftop Garden, China World Summit Wing, Beijing (No.1 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Beijing) at 19:00 on 16th September 2025.

“仲裁之夜”是以仲裁交流为主题、汇聚中外仲裁法律界人士的自由交流平台，同时作为中国仲裁高峰论坛的招待会。“仲裁之夜”为各国仲裁同仁搭建了畅叙友谊、共商合作的桥梁，中外仲裁人共话新时代仲裁实践要务，为推动国际仲裁事业发展集智聚力、各展所长。历届中国仲裁周举办的“仲裁之夜”活动，得到了海内外知名仲裁机构负责人、仲裁员、律师、学者及工商界人士等的热情支持和踊跃参与。

The Arbitration Night is a free exchange platform with the theme of arbitration communication, bringing together elites from the domestic and international arbitration community. It also serves as the reception of the China Arbitration Summit. The “Arbitration Night” has built a bridge for arbitration colleagues from different countries to have a cordial conversation and discuss cooperation, in which Chinese and foreign arbitration professionals talk about the key affairs of arbitration practice in the new era, gathering wisdom and strength to promote the development of international arbitration. The "Arbitration Night" events held during the previous China Arbitration Weeks have received enthusiastic support and active participation from professionals from home and abroad including heads of renowned arbitration institutions, arbitrators, lawyers, scholars, professionals from the business circle, etc.

The 13th China Arbitration Week will soon commence. On the eve of the 2025 China Arbitration Summit, when the lights are on, the Arbitration Night will grandly unfold. We sincerely invite colleagues and friends in the arbitration community to attend this event to renew their cherished friendship, talk about the important matters of arbitration, seek cooperation and development, and collectively draw up a blueprint for the future of arbitration industry.
